    Data collected and purposes

    • Booking requests: name, email address, phone number, accommodation, country, preferred language, skiing level and any details you choose to share. Used to manage your booking and communicate with you. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
    • Payments: processed directly by Stripe. Card details never pass through or are stored on this website.
    • Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent. Legal basis: consent.
    • Bot protection: Cloudflare Turnstile analyses technical signals to distinguish humans from bots when a booking is submitted. Legal basis: legitimate interest (security of the service).

    Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

    Service providers

    Your data is processed on my behalf by the following providers, only for the purposes above:

    • Stripe - online payments
    • Resend - booking confirmation emails
    • Supabase - database
    • Cloudflare - bot protection
    • Lovable - website platform and hosting
    • Google - audience measurement (with consent only)
    • Axeptio - cookie consent management

    Some of these providers are based in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

    Retention

    • Booking data: kept for the duration of our relationship; accounting records (invoices, payments) are kept for 10 years as required by French law.
    • Booking requests that did not lead to a booking: deleted 3 years after the last contact.
    • Audience-measurement cookies: 14 months maximum.

    Your rights

    In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact contact@olivier.ski. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
